Not all podcasts are created equal. Here are a few that are worth listening to if you want to improve the way you do life.
Everyone has a podcast these days, and there’s something for all. When I’m not dancing around the house to my favorite music, I’m taking notes while listening to my favorite podcast episodes. Although many are for pure entertainment, I also enjoy tuning in to people that can teach me a thing or two.
I initially started out listening to NPR a few years back. Since that time, I’ve ventured out to a few other podcasts for my listening desires. I promise, if you search hard enough, you’ll find a few favorites that will benefit you in one way or another.
My subscription list is pretty diverse, but the one thing all the podcasts I listen to have in common is, they provide information I can use in real life. I figure that if I’m going to pay all this money for a smartphone, I may as well use it to get smart.
If you are looking for quality content and a few good podcasts with a healthy amount of episodes to enrich your life, here are a few I highly recommend.

In fact, her podcast has convinced me to do something I’ve contemplated to years, which is to look for a therapist of my own. She also has a Facebook group if this is something that interests you.
